Because products are custom-printed at order time, returns are limited to misprints, defects, or shipping damage. If your case arrives with a production flaw or incorrect variant, contact us promptly with your order details and clear photos.

Change-of-mind returns may not be available once production begins. If you are unsure about fit or finish, review the product imagery and model selector carefully before completing checkout.

Approved replacements or refunds are handled in line with our fulfillment partner's policies. We aim to resolve legitimate issues quickly once we have the information needed to verify the claim.
